Refund Policy

At Kind Trinkets, your satisfaction is our priority. Because many of our items are handcrafted or sourced from small artisans, we have a clear and fair refund policy.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Custom-made products, personalized items, and certain apothecary goods (for hygiene reasons) are final sale.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately athello@kindtrinkets.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or arrived damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
